During my forced vacation this week, I was able to catch up with my TiVo’d episodes of Barefoot Contessa. I watched her make Chicken Pot Pie on Tuesday and have been craving it ever since. Today, being a rainy day, was the perfect day for a comfort food like this! They turned out very good–though boiling lava hot. Good thing we had some homemade chocolate pudding to cool off our mouths after dinner.
