We made beignets this weekend! They are fried fritters that are covered in powdered sugar. Ryan’s brother Sean gave us the mix from Cafe Du Monde as a Christmas gift. We had fun making and eating them, but I don’t think we used nearly enough powdered sugar (see this picture)!
